Processing: Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible! Any orders placed after 5pm will be process the following day. Any orders that are placed after 1pm on Friday are not shipped until the following Monday.

NEW ZEALAND

All shipping is tracked overnight for $4.90! We use the trusted Courier Post to ship all items. You will received your tracking details once the order has been processed. We do offer a Saturday service for an extra fee.

All tracking numbers should automatically be sent out, but please dont hestitate to contact us if it has not been sent! 

INTERNATIONAL 

We offer Pole Bunny all around the world! Rates start from $12.00NZD, they are calculated at checkout depending on your location. If you would like to purchase a bulk order to save on shipping, please email hello@polebunny.co.nz and we can provide you your own personal bulk shipping rate!
