Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@polebunny.co.nz and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pole Bunny, 304 Maungatapu Road, Maungatapu, BOP, Tauranga 3112, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Terms & Conditions of Wholesale orders

Minimum order quantity
We require a minimum order of value of $100 NZD. If purchase exceeds $250.00 NZD an extra 10% discount applies (subject to change).

Availability
Goods are subject to availability. If something isn’t in stock let us know – if there is demand we may restock however a deposit may be required to initiate this. Where goods are unavailable Pole Bunny has no obligation to supply the customer.

Price, currency, and GST
All wholesale prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies.

Payment terms
Pole Bunny will accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The option of Afterpay is available for installment payments & subject to their T&Cs if you choose to use this service.

Minimum retail prices
Products or goods purchased from Pole Bunny shall only be sold at the suggested retail price (RRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below RRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested by email to Pole Bunny/The Stitchery for review (iona@thestitchery.design).

Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Pole Bunny of damaged or defective items as soon as possible. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise or a refund as per Consumer Guarantees Act. Returned merchandise cannot have their swing tags removed. We will cover the return shipping for damaged or defective product.

Return and exchange policies
To initiate the returns process email Pole Bunny/The Stitchery
(iona@thestitchery.design). Please get in contact with us before sending back so we can provide return instructions and understand why the return is required. Under Consumer Guarantees Act the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with returns if not for damaged or defective goods reason.

Shipping
There is a flat rate shipping of $15.00 within NZ. If purchases exceed $150.00 NZD free shipping will apply (subject to change). Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items.

International Shipping
Presently we don’t provide wholesale for overseas customers.

Copyright and Intellectual Property
If product images are needed for your website, Pole Bunny will happily provide high resolution digital copies.

Changes to wholesale
Pole Bunny reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions that govern our wholesale relationships at any time. We will notify current wholesale account holders of any such changes.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to make alterations to our wholesale products, prices, shipping methods, returns policies or any other part of our wholesale process.
